Biography
born in 1968; master degree majoring in food science and engineering; main research orientation and achievements: fruits storing and processing and food package technology. He has won the second prize of the Colleges and Universities Teaching Achievement in Henan province, a second prize of the Scientific and Technological Progress in Henan province, a first prize of the Scientific and Technological Progress in Xinyang, a second prize of the Scientific and Technological Progress in Xinyang, and a number of appraisals for the achievements in scientific researches in Henan province. He undertook 2 programs for researching on key problems in science and technology. He published more than 30 papers including 16 which were in core periodicals of China, and 4 books.
