Biography
Xin-Bin Li received his M.Sc. degree in Control Theory and Control Engineering from Yanshan University, China in 1999, and the Ph.D. degree in General and Fundamental Mechanics from Peking University, China in 2004. He is now a professor in the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Yanshan University,China.
