Biography
Mr. Zhiheng Zhao is the Vice President at Yingli Green Energy. Prior to joining Yingli Green Energy in 2004, Mr. Zhao was the Head of the Project Department of Tianwei Baobian, a manufacturer of large electricity transformers and the holder of the minority interest in Tianwei Yingli, and later became the factory General Manager, overseeing the production of special transformers. Mr. Zhao worked as also the Vice President of Tianwei Baobian, the General Manager of the Baoding Electric Transformer Manufacturing Company, an electricity transformer manufacturer, and as the General Manager of the Baoding Special Converter Manufacturing Factory, a manufacturer of special electricity converters. Mr. Zhao studied Management Engineering and graduated from the East China Institute of Heavy Machinery in China.
