Biography
Mr. Yu Zhangli has been an executive Director of the Company since January 2010 and was appointed as the Chairman of the Company with effect from 7 July 2012. He also holds directorships in various subsidiaries of the Company. Mr. Yu joined the Group in March 1996 and was responsible for the upstream chilled and frozen meat business of the Group. He has 20 years of experience in the industry . He graduated from the School of Business Adminstration of Henan University with specialisation in economic management.
