Biography
More than 11 years of experience in HR Consulting and Executive Search Dahyan is a Director in Ackermann International Colombia. She is a generalist working for the Consumer, Business, Professional Services, Financial Services, Industrial, Life Sciences and Technology practices. Prior to joining Ackermann International Colombia, she worked as an Associate at Heidrick and Struggles, a global search firm developing as a senior management positions mainly for the Consumer, Technology and Industrial practices. Before this, she performed as a Research at Spencer Stuart Colombia for four years. Dahyan has studies in Marketing and Advertising from Politecnico Grancolombiano in Bogotá, Colombia.
