Biography
Professor of the Department of Humanities and Literature since 2009. Founding member of the PEIRAS research group (2001), group of studies in ancient philosophy, and medieval and member of the Latin translation group of the Universidad de los Andes since 2010. Her interests in Research and teaching are literature, language and Greek and Roman thought of antiquity, especially the conceptions of emotion and the mental. He works on aspects of ancient and medieval literary theory in connection with the role given to literary discourses in character education. She is currently the director of the Department of Humanities and Literature.
