Biography
Andrés Medaglia is professor and chair of the Industrial Engineering and the director of the Center for Optimization and Applied Probability (COPA) at Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia). Since 1999 and until the completion of his postdoctoral fellowship, he has worked as an optimization specialist developing decision support systems for the Supply Chain Center at SAS. I
