Biography
Cesar Garcia Diaz is an Industrial Engineer, Pontifical Xavierian University. Master of Industrial Engineering, University of the Andes and PhD, (Economics & Business), University of Groningen, Netherlands. Professor Garcia has been a visiting researcher at the Department of Management of the University of Texas at Dallas (USA). He has been a postdoctoral researcher at the Antwerp Center for Evolutionary Demography (ACED) at the University of Antwerp, Belgium. He is currently an Assistant Professor and Coordinator of Organizations in the Department of Industrial Engineering and an external affiliate in the School of Economics and Management (TiSEM), Tilburg University (Netherlands).
