Biography
Graduated from the Philosophy and Letters program of the Universidad de los Andes (1995). Between 1995 and 1998 he advanced the doctoral courses in Spanish and Hispanic American Literature at the University of Salamanca (Spain). Professor of Literature at the Faculty of Communication-Journalism and in the Department of Humanities and Letters of the Central University (Bogotá) between 1999 and 2003. Editorial Advisor of the subsidiary in the Dominican Republic of the Santillana Group between 2006 and 2008. In 2009 he obtained the Doctor's degree in Spanish and Hispanic American Literature from the University of Salamanca when defending his thesis on the literary work of Álvaro Mutis.
