Biography
After receiving his Master of Business Administration degree in 1977 from Butler University, Mr. Arnold began his corporate finance career with Stokely Van Camp, Inc., a Fortune 500 company food processor headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. During his 7 years he provided critical financial and strategic advice. In 1984 John began an 8-year employment with Merchants Bank as an investment, mergers and acquisition advisor. In late 1992, he formed Prism Capital Group, a financial advisory firm, for the purposes of providing corporate financial services for middle market companies. For the past 30 years Mr. Arnold has developed a broad expertise in the corporate finance arena specifically financial analysis, financial strategy and capitalization structures of privately held companies and real estate projects. John has provided expert financial advice to CRI since 2003, in particular in the acquisition of Thomas Medical. He continues to provide merger and acquisition services and attends all of CRI’s Quarterly Business Review meetings as a financial advisor.
