Biography
aula A. Sneed has served on the TE Connectivity Board of Directors since its inception in June 2007. Ms. Sneed is Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Phelps Prescott Group, LLC, a strategy and management consulting firm since 2008. Until December 2006, Ms. Sneed was Executive Vice President of Global Marketing Resources and Initiatives for Kraft Foods, Inc., a worldwide producer and distributor of branded food and beverage products. Ms. Sneed previously held a variety of other positions at Kraft Foods, including Group Vice President and President of Electronic Commerce and Marketing Services, and Chief Marketing Officer for the company. Ms. Sneed began her career in 1977 at General Foods Corporation, which merged with Kraft Foods in 1995. She is also a Director of Charles Schwab Corporation. Ms. Sneed has a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Simmons College and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business, both in Massachusetts, U.S.
