Régis Damour

Biography

 Mr. Régis Damour serves as the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice President at AECOM Technology Corporation. Mr. Damour served as the Chief Executive Officer AECOM Enterprises of AECOM Technology Corporation and served as its President. He served as Head of Alternate Delivery of AECOM Technology Corporation. He manages AECOM's global risk management programs such as AECOM's Enterprise Risk Management Initiative, AECOM's Project Delivery Group in charge of monitoring high-risk projects at the corporate level and leads teams of Mergers and Acquisitions. He served as Deputy Managing Director of Ginger SA and Groupe GINGER since March 12, 2004. Mr. Damour served as Chief Executive Officer of the Egis Group and also covers non-traditional project-delivery methods, including services to PPP clients, Design and Construct as well as Design Build services. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of groupe Ginger and groupe Egis. Mr. Damour has extensive experience in special management and finance, which has led to significant accomplishments throughout his career. He has worked and lived in multiple countries and has a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary professional services groups, rebuilding management teams, devising and developing unique strategies for such groups in order to restructure and restore debt-ridden balance sheets. Mr. Damour has in-depth knowledge of the complex financial structures required for international PPP projects and of both civil code and common law contracts. He served as a Director of Groupe GINGER. He is a graduate in Civil Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique.
