Evita Livera

Biography

Evita Livera is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA 2004) and holds a BSc degree in M.O.R.S.E. (Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics 1998-2001) from the University of Warwick in the UK. She is an instructor of accounting courses in the Department of Accounting and Finance since September 2013. Courses she has taught include AFN 318 Auditing I, AFN 319 Taxation I, AFN 312 Management Accounting II, AFN 418 Financial Reporting III, AFN 414 Energy sector Accounting and Finance and AFN 416 Business Ethics and Corporate Governance. Memberships: Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) Institute of the Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) She has worked in the Financial Advisory Department of the following audit firms: KPMG Nicosia, Senior Manager (4 years) PricewaterhouseCoopers Nicosia (4 years) PricewaterhouseCoopers Vienna, Austria (3 years) Projects she was involved during her working experience in the auditing firms include: preparation of financial models and business plans/projections financial feasibility projects company valuations brand valuations impairment testing due diligence work IPO assistance
