Biography
Undergraduate studies at Aston University, UK (B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics, 1982). Graduate studies at Aston University, UK (M.Sc. in Computer Science, 1983) and at the University of East Anglia, UK (Ph.D. in Computer Science, 1989). He has worked as a Researcher at NCR Demokritos, Greece (1981-1982), as a Research Assistant at the Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki, Greece (1983-1985) and as a Research Associate at the University of East Anglia, UK (1987-1990). He is a recipient of an 1995 ERCIM Fellowship visiting GMD in Germany and CWI in the Netherlands.
Research Interest
His research interests include Component-Based Systems, Parallel and Distributed Systems, and Cooperative Information Systems.
