Accomplished wellbeing professional with a background in Nutrition and Behavioural Science. Twelve years experience within contract catering and professional service organisations with an in-depth understanding of nutrition science, dietary and eating behaviour. Proven track record in helping organisations to develop and drive their wellbeing strategy. Strong interpersonal communications skills with experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing global teams to create change around the issues of health and wellbeing. Over my last two roles, I have incorporated the principles of behavioural science and have developed many exciting and unique health initiatives; all of these have brought tangible benefits to consumers and clients, such as high levels of contract retentions or increased sales and profit.
