Biography
Sarah graduated with a Chemistry MSci degree from the University of Bristol before joining the Nutrition Research department at Leatherhead in 2004. She completed a Masters degree in Nutritional Medicine at the University of Surrey in 2011. She is responsible for the running of a variety of confidential and collaborative research projects, which involve practical human intervention studies in the areas of satiety, glycaemic response and weight management. She is also responsible for arranging nutrition conferences and training courses and responding to Member enquiries. She manages the Nutrition Research quality systems and has extensive experience in the design and implementation of studies to assess the effects of foods on appetite and weight management, and in the implementation of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines as applicable to nutrition studies.
