Currently, I am doing my MSc in Human Nutritional Sciences at University of Manitoba, Canada under the supervision of Dr. Harold Aukema. My research focus is examining the effect of dietary protein levels on kidney, liver and serum oxylipins using LC-MS/MS. Oxylipins are bioactive lipids that have many physiological functions in our body. My immense passion in food and nutrition led me to choose Food Technology and Nutritional Science as my career path. Previously, I completed my BSc and MSc in Food Technology and Nutritional Science from Bangladesh.
