Biography
Tim has been with Axel Johnson since 1996. He heads up the U.S. group’s tax department. His team is responsible for all income tax matters involving planning and research, policies and procedures, financial statement reporting, compliance and governmental audits. Other areas of concentration include M&A initiatives, international growth opportunities and various business transactions. Tim received his JD from Pace University School of Law and his MBA in Accounting and BS in Finance from The University of Scranton. He is admitted to the bar in Connecticut and New York and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Connecticut.
