Biography

Mr. Peter Robert Voser, C.E., has been the Chairman and Independent & Non-Executive Director at ABB Ltd since April 30, 2015. Mr. Voser serves as Chairman of the Board of Catalyst Inc. Mr. Voser has been a Director at International Business Machines Corporation since January 1, 2015 and Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited since January 2015. He has been a Non Executive Director of Roche Holding AG since March 1, 2011. He serves as a Director of Sirius International Insurance Corporation and IBM Canada Ltd. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Shell Malaysia Limited, Viva Energy Australia Pty Ltd. (Also known as Viva Energy Australia Group Pty Ltd.) and Shell Australia Limited. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Royal Dutch Shell plc from July 1, 2009 to January 1, 2014 and served as its Chief Financial Officer from October 4, 2004 to May 1, 2009 and its Principal Accounting Officer until May 1, 2009. He served as Group Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of The Shell Transport and Trading Company Limited from October 4, 2004 to May 1, 2009. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director at Royal Dutch Petroleum Co. since October 2004. Mr. Voser served as the Chief Financial Officer at ABB Ltd. (Asea Brown Boveri ) from March 2002 to September 30, 2004.
