Michael Motschmann

Biography

Mr. Michael Motschmann serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Member of Executive Board at MIG Fund 1, MIG Fund 2, MIG Fund 3, MIG Fund 4 MIG Fund 5, MIG Fund 6, MIG Fund 7 MIG Fund 11 and MIG Verwaltungs AG. In this position, Mr. Motschmann is responsible for selecting and supervising the investments. Mr. Motschmann has been an entrepreneur for over 25 years. During that time, he successfully founded, expanded, and sold various international enterprises in trade, real estate, and the metalworking industry. In addition, he served as an adviser to various venture capital funds from 2003 to 2013. Mr. Motschmann was a Managing Partner of one of the larger steel hardening companies in Germany. He served as Deputy Chairman of Supervisory Board at B.R.A.I.N Biotechnology Research and Information Network AG. He served as member of supervisory board of B.R.A.I.N Biotechnology Research and Information Network AG. He serves as a Director of cerboMed GmbH. He served as a Director of Protagen AG since March 2006 until October 2015. He serves as the Chairman of Supervisory Board at AFFiRiS AG and as Vice Chairman of Supervisory Board at HMW Emissionshaus AG. He served as a Member of Supervisory Board at SuppreMol GmbH since January 2009
