Jitka Chaloupecká

Biography

Graduate of the 1st Medical Faculty of Charles University, Prague. She has specialist qualifications in dermatovenereology, corrective dermatology and in these areas holds a licence from the Czech Medical Chamber. After several years’ practice in the field of dermatovenereology (Skin Clinic at the Bulovka Faculty Hospital, where she still provides emergency cover) since 1999 she has focused more on corrective dermatology. She worked for several years in Asklepion (Clinic and Institute for Cosmetic Medicine) where she was Head Physician and at Esthé (private plastic surgery and laser medicine clinic). In her work she has focused on work with lasers and other products using in cosmetic medicine. She holds certificates for working with lasers, for the use of injected implants and botox, a certificate for the use of chemical peeling and manual lymphodrainage. MUDr. Jitka Chaloupecká takes part in national and international seminars and congresses devoted to the issue of laser and cosmetic medicine. She has also had a period of professional residence in the USA. Since 2000 she has lectured and taught on methods and techniques for laser therapy. She publishes regularly in dermatovenereological journals devoted to corrective dermatology. She is a member of the dermatovenereological section of the J E Purkyně Czech Medical Society (CLS JEP), the phlebology section of the CLS JEP, the lymphology section of the CLS JEP and the Society for the Use of Lasers in Medicine within CLS JEP.
