Biography

Emílie Junková graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine, Charles University in Prague. She has obtained the first degree certificate in the field of dermatovenerology and the license II. degree of professional competence to perform acupuncture in all indications. She worked for 20 years at the Institute of Medical Cosmetics in Prague, where since 1980 she introduced acupuncture into standard curative procedures. The next 20 years led her private practice in Prague 4. In the spring of 2013 she became a part of the Aura Medical Clinic, where she specializes mainly in acupuncture and dermatology. The impressive results of her work were presented at several conferences with international participation. She is a member of the Czech Medical Society JE PurkynÄ›, Czech Medical Acupuncture Society and the Czech Dermatovenerological Society.
