Mr. Iain Peter Murray Buchanan served as Chief Executive Officer of NOXXON Pharma AG from 2010 to June 30, 2015 and served as its Member of Executive Board. Mr. Buchanan served as Chief Executive Officer of Novexel SA since 2004. He has over 25 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Mr. Buchanan served as the Chief Executive Officer Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Cilag A.G., Biogen. Mr. Buchanan served as Managing Director at Vertex Pharmaceuticals (Europe) Limited, a subsidiary of Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated, where he was responsible for building a Vertex presence in Europe and for forming a number of successful R&D partnerships internationally since 1994
