Davis Brian

Biography

Brian has more than 20 years of experience in management and financial activities with life sciences companies, including equity and debt financings, restructuring activities, strategic transactions, and negotiations involving partnering, licensing, drug discovery, and clinical development. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and CFO at Tengion. Earlier in his career, he held a series of positions of increasing responsibility during his 15 years at Neose Technologies, including senior vice president and CFO. Brian holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in accounting from Trenton State College.
