"Prior to joining Constellation, Ivan worked in senior management positions in marketing and communication divisions of multinational companies - DHL Express, SAP and Cinergy Global Resources, responsible for implementation of international marketing and PR strategy. In the last five years he worked as private investor in the field of e-commerce and technology start-ups. He gained management experience back in 1990´s as the director of external and internal communication of the manufacturing company Vítkovice a.s. From 2005 to 2009 he served as an elected Vice President of Czech Golf Federation. "
