Biography
His background is in line management – firstly in sales, marketing and finally in general management. He successfully managed the World Trade Center Czech Republic, coordinating high level international business networking. Furthermore, he spent six years managing the CEE regional activities of American Express. From 2005 he changed his career and became a CEE Managing Director for Hays Specialist Recruitment. In 2008 Jan joined two other local partners in Prague office of Spencer Stuart, one of the global leaders providing executive search services. In 2008 Jan was elected to the position of Vice President of Amcham and he was again re-elected several times since. In 2009 Jan founded Constellation Executive Search.
