Biography
Jan Valenta graduated in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.
Research Interest
He worked as a project manager in IT and in managerial positions where he was responsible for the development, project management, and trade. He led a number of large projects related to the development and delivery of complex information systems mainly for government organizations, eg. Ministry of Justice or the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping, and Cadastre. Since the beginning of 2016, he operates within the CertiCon Group as Director of subsidiary CertiCon Inc. in Pilsen and as a CSO and COO of EMBITRON Ltd.
