He is an experienced Deputy of Managing Director with managing and developing sales force of 30 people including Sales Managers and also Marketing Managers as well as he is an experienced Senior Market Access Manager for Czech and Slovak Republic with extensive skills of startup international original companies. he strongly profit from my long time know-how about leadership and management of people and market access combined with excellent negotiation skills with internal and external customers, regulatory authorities , vendor management, project management, product launching, stakeholders relationship, and management. he is ready to enter into a new company and put through my experience with new tasks including my managing and negotiating skills to fulfill deadlines and budget, achieve the successful launch of new products and products reimbursement, increase awareness of a company and to align with compliance requests, building teamwork inside of a company .
