Biography
Mr. Samuel Feinstein serves as Partner at Apollo Global Management, LLC and served as its Principal. Mr. Feinstein is responsible for private equity business. He joined Apollo in 2007. He has been a Member of the Board of Managers at Hexion Holdings LLC since November 02, 2016. He serves as a Member of Board of Managers at CEVA Holdings LLC. He serves on the boards of Momentive Performance Materials, Vectra Corp. and Pinnacle Agriculture Holdings, LLC. He has been a Director of MPM Holdings Inc. since November 03, 2016, CEVA Group Plc since September 1, 2016 and Taminco Corporation since December 2011. He was a Member of the Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley from September 2005 to May 2007. He has foregoing experience and qualifications. Mr. Feinstein graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a BA in Business Economics.
