Dr. Ladislava Pospiskova is currently working as a Researcher in the Department of Food Technology , Mendel , Czech Republic. His research interests includes Food Hygiene, Food Microbiology, Food Quality and Safety Management, Microbiological Analysis of Food, Special Food Hygiene. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Ladislava Pospiskova is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He has authored of many research articles/books related to Food Hygiene, Food Microbiology, Food Quality and Safety Management, Microbiological Analysis of Food, Special Food Hygiene.
