Dr. Radovan Pokorny is currently working as a University Professor, Head of department in the Department of Crop Science, Breeding and Plant Medicine , Mendel University , Czech Republic. His research interests includes Food Technology, Chemistry and Food Technology, Special Plant Production, Crop Science, Agricultural Research. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Radovan Pokorny is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He has authored of many research articles/books related to Food Technology, Chemistry and Food Technology, Special Plant Production, Crop Science, Agricultural Research.
