Biography
Ladislav BartoníÄek is the Member of the Supervisory Board of O2 Czech Republic (operating under the O2 brand) which is a major integrated operator in the Czech Republic. It is now operating more than six million lines, both fixed and mobile, making it one of the Czech Republic’s leading providers of fully converged services. The Supervisory Board is a controlling body of the company. It shall supervise the exercise of the powers of the Board of Directors and the realization of the company's activities. Its authority is determined by the Business Corporations Act and the company’s Articles of Association.
