Biography
Daniel MareÄek is a Commercial Operations Lead at Pfizer Czech Republic. He has more than 20 years experience in pharmaceutical industry, predominantly in Marketing and Sales positions, including people management. Before joining Pfizer in 2000, he worked in two pharmaceutical companies – Biomedica and Ferring. His work experiences includes product launches (Zomacton, Vfend) as well as Brand Managers coaching and development (Marketing Team Leader at Pfizer) and Sales Teams creation and motivation (Sales Manager in Anti-infective, Urology, CNS and Ophthalmology areas). Before current role,he was a Hospital Key Account Manager Team Leader, successfully creating and launching new Hospital Strategy for Pfizer Czech Republic. Beside Marketing and Sales experience,he has been periodically touching also more “technical” areas through different project-leadership, like launch of Veeva CRM (Pfizer 2014), launch of transfer orders (Pfizer 2012), Sales Cycle complete re-design (Pfizer 2008), significant improvement of different Sales Analysis Tools or IT implementation (Biomedica, Ferring in 90’s).
