Biography
Matthew L. Plaud holds a Master of Science in Management (MSM) as well as undergraduate degrees in Human Resource Management and Clinical Laboratory Science. He previously worked for the American Red Cross (ARC), where he held a series of progressively senior positions over a period of 17 years. His last role at ARC was as one of five people in charge of process improvement and strategic direction for nationwide blood drives.
