Biography
Randy was appointed to the Board as a Non-Independent, Non-Executive Director at the AGM held on 23 May 2016. His previous roles include working with PepsiCo International over the last 25 years, including VP General Manager Czech Hungary Slovakia ; CFO of the Central Europe Group and VP Finance and CFO of the Russia/CIS business unit and the CFO of the Czech Slovakia Division. Currently Randy is an entrepreneur and private investor.
