Since the beginning of my professional career, I focused on various aspects and phases of pharmaceuticals development and marketing. I worked in the management positions in several major global pharmaceutical companies (Novo Nordisk, Searle, Janssen), experienced multiple functional areas (Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales & Marketing), markets (Czech Republic, Slovakia, New Europe, Germany, EMEA) and business situations (product reimbursement & launches, start-up and development of new functions, diverse teams leadership, restructuring, turn-around, strategic product leadership, etc.).
