Biography

Mirosław Kastelik was entrusted with the post of Member of BoD at on 6th February 2013. He is responsible for SCM, controlling, accounting, taxes, treasury including financing, procurement, investor relations and IT. Since the 6th February 2013 he has been the Chief Financial Officer of Unipetrol. Before coming to Unipetrol, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Maflow Group since 2011. He also collected experience in financial managament in Tele-Fonika Kable company, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the Board of Directors within years of 2009 and 2010. He has a Statutory Auditor Certificate no. 1053​3 and Competency Certificate of the Ministry of Finance no. 28188/02.
