Jaroslav Dobias is a professor Department of Food Preservation in University of Chemistry and Technology Prague, Czech Republic. He is a head of Independent packaging laboratory of VŠCHT Praha - testing laboratory No. 1316 accredited by ÄŒIA according to ÄŒSN EN ISO / IEC 17025.
