Biography
A production manager, process development and project leader in the Pharmaceutical and Automotive industry • Wide cross-functional experience coming from establishment of pharmaceutical production department (process and software design, equipment qualification etc.) and from production control and improvement in two different industry areas • Focused on process optimization and monitoring, planning and leadership, LEAN, visualization and standardization, 5S, maintenance systems, analysis and standardization of emergency situations • Very good knowledge of GMP, Quality and EHS requirements • Very good knowledge and experience in planning and control, building strategy using both conventional tools (MS Excel etc.) and advanced planning and strategy tools (Mind mapping, Mindjet MindManager) • LEAN, 5S, DMAIC, Six Sigma (Switzerland) trained and certified (Green Belt), Factory Physics trained (Belgium), TPS trained (Operation Management Consulting Dept., Japan)
