Biography
Philippe GIRARD holds a Masters degree in Micro-Electronics and Electronics components for Industrial Procurement. He is ACTEON Group’s Quality and Regulatory Affairs Director.
Research Interest
GIRARD joined ACTEON in 1988 as SATELEC’s Quality Manager. M. GIRARD’s first European directive was to aquire CE markings for its devices. Once CE markings were attained, M GIRARD began the development and construction of national and international regulations for all its medical devices and subsequent brand acquisitions.
