Biography

 Mr. Jesper Mailind served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at RTX A/S until January 15, 2013 and also served as its Member of Executive Board. Mr. Mailind serves as Chief Executive Officer of ALECTIA A/S. He served as an Executive Vice President of Hearing instruments and audiologic diagnostics equipment for Gn Great Nordic Ltd., (formerly GN Store Nord). He has wide knowledge of managing enterprises with technological background and innovation and he has also a strong background in turnaround management as well as management of enterprises with a global market. He served as the Chief Executive Officer for the hearing aid enterprise GN Resound until 2008 and previously served in management positions in the pharmaceutical enterprise Nycomed as well as a background from Mckinsey & Co. He served as Member of the Executive Management for Gn Great Nordic Ltd., (formerly GN Store Nord) since 2003. He serves as Vice-Chairman of Supervisory Board of ALECTIA A/S. He serves as Chairman of Hearing Instrument Manufacturers' Software Association. He serves as the Deputy Chairman of Supervisory Board of RTX A/S and has been its Member of Supervisory Board since 2009. He served as Vice Chairman of Kompan A/S and has been its Director since 2005. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration in 1982 and an MBA in 1984.
