Anders Kofod-petersen

Biography

I am a Deputy Director at the Alexandra Institute with responsibility for our activities in Eastern Denmark. I am furthermore Professor of Artificial Intelligence at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, a leading university in artificial intelligence and machine learning. I am the manager of our Data Science and Engineering Lab. We offer top-level expertises based on the latest technologies and methods to analyze and improve existing software systems and to develop new ones. We combine the fields machine learning, IoT and classical software engineering and have specialists in software architecture, cloud computing, data mining and machine learning as well as in mobile and web-based solutions. I have always worked in the intersection between academic university research and applied research with industrial focus, most recently as senior researcher in Telenor ASA.
