Biography
The focal point of my work is a trained eye and a fresh look at new work patterns and change processes in organisations. Whether I am studying meeting forms, following team collaborations or acting as a facilitator on employee-driven innovation processes, I am driven to understand how organisations operate and what drives changes. Currently I am particularly interested in how to embed new work patterns in organisations and which role the conception of work plays in this context. Since my employment in 2003, I have worked with a wide range of research and consultancy projects primarily focused on the interaction between organisation, technology and the physical layout of the workspace. I have previously worked as a development consultant in the Danish National Centre for IT Research and it-vest, networking universities. I hold a MA in English and Information Studies.
