Biography
I am passionate about helping private and public businesses to exploit the potential of New Ways of Working. To finding the best possible connection between strategy, work processes and spatial solutions. New Ways of Working often requires a culture change and for this purpose I have a vast experience, a wide range of thoroughly tested tools and I have a good eye for developing new ways and new methods. How are behaviour, attitudes and space connected with the strategy? And if there is not a connection, what is the reason? If you do not know the reason, you can initiate a lot of solutions that are not going to work - solutions that sometimes directly oppose what you want to achieve with New Ways of Working. I have helped many private and public businesses to achieve their version of New Ways of Working. At the end of February 2016, the report "We dream of a school with fewer chairs" (in Danish only), which was commissioned by the School Department in Silkeborg Municipality, was published. The report is based on the municipality's plan to develop a strategy for school spaces that in the long term contribute to maintenance, modernisation and expansion of the municipal buildings, but also that they are continually developed to motivating environments for learning and well-being.
