Biography
I hold a Master’s degree in computer science from Aarhus University in 2002 with special subject in algorithms and algorithm analysis on quantum computers. In this context, I was associated with an interdisciplinary centre between computer science and physics at Aarhus University. I have implemented large-scale distributed systems for handling media material (audio, video and file-based). With Oracle I have participated in the design of a new type of search for Oracle Text based on dependent probability (Bayes). In collaboration with former employers I have taken out patents on some of my projects and I have also worked with investment companies on realization of project ideas. I have implemented solutions to server solutions (Aix, Solaris, HP-UX), desktop machines (PC) and worked with embedded platforms (for instance at Bang & Olufsen). I started at the Alexandra Institute in 2011 and am engaged with Cloud Computing and distributed (embedded) systems in general.
