Biography
I have a MSc in computer science with a minor in physics from Aarhus University. Subsequently, I obtained a PhD in computer science - also in Aarhus. My PhD project dealt with the use of advanced image processing and simulation of tissue deformation in connection with radiotherapy of cancer patients. My professional core competences include massive parallelisation of scientific computations (typically using GPUs), simulation of physical systems, computer graphics and image processing.
