Biography
I have been employed as Project Controller at the Alexandra Institute since August 2009 and I have administrative responsibility for a portfolio of projects in the areas Software Technologies and Business and Processes. I act as liaison between the Finance Department and the labs. I keep track of different contract types, including rules and regulations on grants from different public funds and EU funds. In addition, I play an active role in the preparation of timelines, budgets and reporting when the projects are up and running. Furthermore, I make forecasts and budgets for the above-mentioned areas. Previously, I have worked for 10 years in the Danish Tax and Customs Administration and afterwards 21 years in the construction company Skanska Denmark, where I was employed as controller. I have a Bachelor of Commerce in internal and external accounts.
