Sarah Maria Niebe Abel

Biography

I have a Master’s degree in computer science from the University of Copenhagen. In 2013, I was awarded the PhD degree for my dissertation on contact problems in physical simulation. My research areas (and interests) are rooted in physical simulation, focusing in particular on contact force problems and numerical methods to solve it. Prior to working at the Alexandra Institute, I was a postdoc at the University of Copenhagen, where I worked with non-linear optimisation.
