Biography

Enthusiastic and highly motivated leader with proven ability to deliver on ambitious targets in the Health Care industry, now searching for opportunities to leverage business acumen and organizational skills as senior leader in the Life Sciences sector. I have a track record delivering consistent strong results across different geographical, functional and organizational situations. This includes roles in 3 Scandinavian countries, 4 years as Managing Director, 10 years as Commercial/BU Director and responsibilities covering most European markets. I successfully create team engagement through involvement of leaders in key decisions/issues, leveraging their in-depth insights and my experience and I find great personal satisfaction from helping members of my team developing their own leadership Through my work as Vice Chairman in the Danish Pharmaceutical Industry Association, LiF and the American Chamber of Commerce, I have further developed my skills and taken on increasing responsibilities working with external affairs/stakeholders.
