Biography
Dr. Kofoed has as Chief Executive Officer of Alphalyse been responsible for general management of Alphalyse since its inception. He has more than 15 years of experience from the Biotech industry, and previous posts include Head of Proteomics at ACE BioSciences, Associated Professor at Copenhagen University and Senior Scientist at PNA Diagnostics. Dr. Kofoed has established business partnerships with major pharma and biotech companies as well as commercialization agreements with laboratory supply organizations. He obtained his Ph.D. in organic chemistry from University of Southern Denmark in 1996, and holds a bachelor degree in business administration (HA).
